For power users and complex events, TriviaFlow offers advanced tools to manage the game state dynamically.

1. Player Exclusions 🚫

Sometimes you need to exclude a player from a specific question.

• Scenario: The question is about that player ("When is John's birthday?"). It wouldn't be fair if John answered it.
• How to use: In the Gamemaster Dashboard, tap on a player's name regarding a specific question to toggle exclusion.

Compensation Modes

If you exclude a player, how should their score be affected?

• No Points: They get 0 for this round.
• Average: They get the average points scored by other players.
• Fixed: Give them a set amount (e.g., 500) to keep them in the running.

2. Quiz Injection 💉

Scenario: You are in the middle of a "General Knowledge" quiz, but the mood shifts and you want to throw in a "Music Round" immediately.

Instead of stopping the session and making everyone reconnect:

1. Go to Dashboard > Queue.
2. Select a new Quiz.
3. Click "Inject Next".
4. The current quiz will pause after the current question, the new quiz will play out, and then the original quiz will resume.

3. The Playlist

You can queue multiple quizzes to run back-to-back.

• Lobby Phase: Select multiple quizzes when creating the game.
• Continuous Play: Scores carry over between quizzes in the same session.
